Sperr Memorial Park review in Elmira, New York

Sperr Memorial Park is pet-friendly. Dogs are welcome to join their owners at this park built in memory of Andrew Sperr, a soldier who was killed in action in 2006. The pretty park contains a boy of water, winding pathways and is the host location of a number of K9 demonstrations. Make sure Fido is on a leash and all mess is cleaned up after them.
