Description
Samuel H. Boardman State Scenic Corridor is a dog-friendly spot to enjoy seaside prairies, spectacular vistas, secluded cove beaches, rugged cliffs, and forested sea stacks. The Corridor features a somewhat easy, twelve-mile trail that takes about seven hours to complete with Fido. Pets must be leashed during their visit. Dog owners can start out from the trailhead at the north end of the picnic area and head down the paved path past the pit toilets. Those wanting to continue their trek should ignore the trail that goes left to the beach and keep going straight through a bit of brush before opening up to a nice trail on the other side.
