Holly Park review in San Francisco, California

This beautiful little park in Bernal Heights is SF's best kept secret. It's a great place for dogs to play with other dogs or play catch with their human. It's also a great place for dog lovers to meet other dog lovers. Posted signs say on-leash only, but most folks let their dogs run free. The beauty of this park is that owners pick up after their dogs, and maybe because it is a small park and owners are close by, dogs are remarkably friendly toward other dogs and people. The park is mostly grass with walkways and lots of trees. There is a baseball diamond (fenced-in) at the top of the hill, two fenced-in kiddie playgrounds and fenced-in barbecue areas.
