Gum Grove Park review in Seal Beach, California

Gum Grove Park is a 10 acre gem that is one of the largest and best dog parks in the area. It is fully fenced in and has water and dog bags at the Avalon entrance. There are two parking areas for park users: The main entrance is on Avalon and the second and smaller one is on Herone Pointe off of Seal Beach Blvd. This park has a old closed main road that cuts through it at the base and many nice trails that are branching on the above sloping hill. You can also hike the Hellman Trail which dead ends about a quarter mile north. Make sure to keep your dog on a leash, since local leash laws are always in effect.
