Dogs are welcome off-leash at this Columbia park, which also has drinking water available. The park is open 24 hours and membership gives you access to enter with the passcode to a combination lock. This off-leash, fenced in dog park is right beside the Columbia city Animal shelter and even features a doggie pond! The annual pass is $35 gives you unlimited access to the park and pond and a park tag for your dog's collar. The same requirements of up-to-date shots and proof of having been spayed/neutered apply for admission.
