Bring your pet for a bit of off-leash play in the designated areas of East End Beach and the Northwest Shore at this Portland city park. Off-leash hours are in the summer (Memorial Day to Labor Day) before 9am and after 5pm, and in the winter (Labor Day to Memorial Day) anytime during park hours (5am-10pm).
